Ben and Aimee’s love story is one that spans decades, beginning when they first met in 8th grade at a religious retreat. Although life took them on different paths through high school and college, they rekindled their relationship in 2004. After marrying before a judge in 2009, they celebrated with a full church wedding in 2011. Now, they have a beautiful family with 5 children—3 boys and 2 girls—and decided to renew their vows in an unforgettable Mayan ceremony at Azulik Tulum.

The vow renewal was a magical experience, set against the stunning natural backdrop of the hotel, which blended perfectly with the spiritual essence of the Mayan ceremony. Even though it was a rainy day, the weather held up just long enough for us to capture the special moments of this intimate celebration.

Ben and Aimee’s connection is undeniable, and it was wonderful to witness them reaffirming their commitment to each other after so many years of building a life together. Surrounded by nature and the sacred traditions of the Mayan ceremony, the day was filled with deep emotion and beautiful energy.

Azulik Tulum provided the perfect setting for this meaningful occasion, combining the beauty of the jungle with the mysticism of the ancient Mayan culture. Every moment, from the ceremony to the quiet moments they shared afterward, was simply unforgettable.
